Project Alliance Delivery Method

We are designing and building the tramway as a two-alliance project. The contractor alliances are called Sörkan Spora and Karaatti, and the project owners are Helsinki City and Metropolitan Area Transport Ltd.

As a project, we act according to shared values and aim to innovate and develop our operations throughout our journey. Starting with the design phase, we cooperate closely at all stages of the project and share the responsibilities and risks among all parties.
